Really edgy style of this item attracted me to the white biker style pants and now having worn them they fit perfectly and are so comfortable. They arereally well made and I have had lots of lovely comments and questions about where I got them, I have told them all about HC as it is my new favourite brand.

We started buying these products some time ago, specifically the laundry and loo cleaning products. We have found them to be excellent. We have now purchased the dishwasher, floor cleaning and hand soap products and again very pleased with their effectiveness. We have a bio cycle waste treatment plant so it is important we no do not use harsh chemicals, we also have to have the treated water tested each year and I am looking forward to seeing the results and expecting a good outcome from using these products.

So things get more bewildering by the day. Upon enquiry about the whereabouts of my overdue tree Balsam Hill advised by email that it was at my local depot and out for delivery. I had also contacted the delivery company ToMyDoor who told me via email it was in their bulk warehouse and the next action would be when it was moved to their sorting area for despatch. Two very different stories and I clearly will not be getting it in time for Christmas. Appalling.

They have had my parcel at their depot and it has not moved for two weeks. When I called them they re-assured me it would definitely arrive by the date they specified, now they don't even answer their phone and have a message saying to email them and then the call cuts off. So I emailed and now they are saying they have no idea when my parcel will be delivered. I have asked them to tell me exactly where my parcel is and they won’t even answer that very simple question. Seriously, are they kidding, they are not fit for purpose.

I’d love to tell you about the tree but I can’t because the date it should have arrived is long gone. Calls to Balsam Hill and their delivery partner ToMyDoor are answered by very friendly people but it changes nothing. Three weeks after placing the order the tree has not left the ToMyDoor depot and now they are saying they cannot guarantee even the extended timeframe for delivery which is double the timeframe originally by Balsam Hill. Balsam Hill has also not undated their delivery times on their website despite being very aware of the staggering backlog awaiting delivery. So disappointed and frustrated at a time when we should be having a lovely time not a stressful one.

Peters sent my parcel express post even though I just went with standard so my items got to me super quick. I live in rural Victoria so this was a fantastic surprise.

Bought the Smeg Gold Kettle and Toaster, really love the deep warm gold colour, it looks great in our mountain home. The Tramontina mugs that came with it are really excellent and definitely keep my tea hot for longer which will be even better in winter as we are above the snow line and boiling point is lower so water cools more quickly. The package also arrived very quickly. I just wish Smeg made the gold toaster in a four slice.

Peters never fail to have a range of wonderful treasures at great prices. I can hardly wait to visit Sydney and spend the day in store at Kensington but in the meantime I will continue to enjoy the online adventure.

Absolutely perfect, the fig, macadamia and ginger biscuits are a perfect balance of ingredients, the best I have found, and completely yummy.

Purchased on 25 April, dispatched on 27 April, Aust post advise it will be delivered on 28 April, it is now 07 May and I once again have no idea where my parcel is. There is no updated information on the Aust Post tracking site. The same thing happened with my last parcel. Aust post have information on their tracking app that when a parcel is delayed that 90% will be delivered within 3 days of the overdue date, well I must be really unlucky because I have been in the 10% that have not no parcel and no idea when I am going to get it twice in a row!

I found the process of working out if a Eurail pass would work for us and whether it was good value for money quite a challenge. We travel frequently and this was by far was the most difficult aspect of arranging travel I have every encountered. It may seem like a reasonable way of traveling, that is until you have to pay seat reservations and booking fees. Be warned it can, as in our case, cost hundreds and hundreds more euros which we have had to pay on top of the first class 15 day consecutive global passes we had already purchased.
