Extremely poor and rude service

Extremely poor and rude service - no local instructors or home pick up as advertised and you have to wait several months for lessons or a test. We paid a deposit in May for 5 hours lessons and a test for our son who had previously failed a test and had to keep asking to eventually get the test (intensive lessons gave us just 15 days notice and we were on holiday) so had to have the lessons with an instructor (not allocated until August) that we had to drive 20 miles to (no local instructors as advertised.) The instructor didn't give hourly lessons to we had to have just two lessons of two hours and three hours plus there was a problem with the clutch in his car. (He failed the test again). We also paid a deposit in May for 20 hours lessons and a test for our daughter and lost our deposit as the service was not as advertised and we could not drive 20 miles each time for this.

Excellent service and lovely healthy rose plants received and also sent mail order

Excellent service of rose plant sent to a bereaved friend. Also two other lovely rose plants received which have thrived in my garden.

Mis-sold course - no local instructors

We booked an intensive course which was a disaster and we lost our deposit. The company couldn't find a local instructor for months and then the 'local' instructor (that was advertised on the web page) was 20 miles away so we were told we would have to drive there and they wouldn't do home pick up (even when we offered to sacrifice part of the lesson time for the instructor to travel to us). We originally signed up in May, hoping for lessons in the summer holidays (theory test which we booked ourselves was passed in June) but were told this wasn't possible. A driving test was found in by the company in January! We asked if we could keep the test (and pay for that part) but as we couldn't drive 20 miles to the instructor and hang around for 2 hours while our daughter had a lesson we asked for the deposit to be returned. We were told we had lost the deposit and if we wanted to keep the test date we would have to pay an additional £143! So we have wasted several months with this company.

Don't expect a refund or any response from this company

After returning a pair of pyjamas that didn't fit (and cost £75) I have had no refund and no response after a month, despite several email chase ups to 3 Anorak email addresses, with the purchase details.

Bekezela Mthethwa who arranged the spa …

Bekezela Mthethwa who arranged the spa break for us was brilliant. Understood exactly what we were looking for, sourced and advised appropriately and very clear and concise booking process.
