I ordered a pair of dune shoes from house of Fraser as they were reduced from £120 tov£85 . On receiving the shoes I struggled getting the right shoe on it was a shame because these shoes were beautiful. I went to a dune shop and tried the shoes on their and they fit perfectly so I knew the pair from house of Fraser were faulty. I tried numerous times to contact them which was a nightmare. I decided to send the shoes back I was furious it cost me £4.99 for delivery and £9.99 to return. I eventually spoke to someone on an online chat who said he would make sure they knew they were faulty and I would get a full refund for shoes and return. Well surprise surprise I got a refund for £85 but not my £8.99 so disappointed with house of Fraser

The guy who delivers our parcel l is very polite and cheerful. If you give awards out i would give him my vote. You always get a friendly hello and take care
