Not any more, after sale service is bad, comunication is difficult.
Edit: even after few phone calls the issue was not resolved!
Edit2: FFX will call you and assure you that bad service is absolutely OK, then will add it to your review to make sure everyone know about how much they care.

Job was offered, waited 10 days for day one at work for "log run work" client delay till midday, of course unpaid day.
On day two at work after induction and quick walk at site was offered a metal frame work.
All the time I am second fix chippie.
The contractor was more interested what wehicle I am driving than what I can do!
The agent thinks only for his commission!

AVOID this seller
Made mistake!
Ordered tools, forgot to send part of it, blame the couriers, finally sent the rest 5 days and 12 phone calls later, never call me back, left me calling and begging for delivery/tracking update.
Finally! Finally the tool arrive, forklift drove over it, begging and phone calls again!
Finally sent the replacement and collected the damaged!
However, sent 3 more times the courier to collect all ready returned part.
Of course never call me back to confirm or hear what I have to say.
Simple order take me 10 days to sort out!
AVOID this store, pure cowboys.

Sorry but there is nothing we can do about your issue currently. I can see your item was not dispatched till the 7th working day and we would usually expect it to have been delivered by then, but these are not usually times and the notice we have given about delays in some areas still stands.
