One star on this occasion! Use and recommend FFX for years, always everething used to be just right. Not any more, after sale service is bad, comunication is difficult.
Edit: even after few phone calls the issue was not resolved!
Edit2: FFX will call you and assure you that bad service is absolutely OK, then will add it to your review to make sure everyone know about how much they care.
