This is a terrific company. Hardly any hoops to jump through to set it up but the really impressive piece is when I unfortunately needed to claim. They were empathic ( big shout out to Craig) and unbelievably fast to process. My bike was stolen and I went from the loss to receiving reimbursement within 5 days. Quite incredible given what can happen. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had an excellent experience from start to finish. Great virtual presentation of the system. Excellent technician (Ricky) who was able to solve the inevitable installation issue admirably ( North London/old plumbing) and great after sales service. The system is unobtrusive and works brilliantly. Would highly recommend.

Waste of money. They love to sign you up then try getting through to a human being. Covid is the excuse. That is not an excuse. They are a virtual support company. There is zero reason why they cannot be fully staffed. Just cheapskating and ripping people off. I will move as soon as my contract is up. Rubbish.

I HAVE SPENT HOURS UPON HOURS ON THE PHONE TO GET BETTER INTERNET FROM THIS CROWD. IT'S BEEN A YEAR. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I AM ON A 500MBS PACKAGE. I RARELY GET MORE THAN 50 AND IT DROPS CONSTANTLY. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NEVER AVAILABLE. WAIT TIMES USUALLY AN HOUR. SIMPLY TERRIBLE.

Waited a month for a monitor from another company before eventually canceling my order. These guys took my order turned it around in less than 24 hours it was sitting on my doorstep. Small payment issue was sorted out efficiently, straightforwardly and patiently. Would absolutely use them again. Excellent service.

Nothing is too much trouble, nor worthy of exploring different options to solve the problem. I have taken my car to them since they started and it's always a great pleasure. Någon rik svensk sitter och röker cigarrer i skärgården och skrattar åt alla amparna. Jag försökte avbryta och de sa i princip att jag var tvungen att meddela det. Det är en helt bedrägeri. This is a terrible company. Be very careful what you sign. Basically they keep sending bills and tell you you subscribed to an abonnemang. Some rich Swede is sitting smoking cigars in the archipelago laughing at all the suckers. I tried to cancel and they basically said I had to give notice. It’s an utter scam. Avoid like the plague. I hope they go bust because they are just ripping people off.

Kept me in touch all the way through the process. Very simple to understand. Paid out in a timely and efficient way. Would totally recommend.

Excellent service speedily executed and intuitively easy.

These things are brilliantly marketed and are poor quality. Two things: #1 the popper studs that supposedly keep the outer sole locked are simply not strong enough. They come undone all the time. #2. The sole is poorly glued and both of mine fell off after walking around on carpet in a couple of months. I had to reglue them. I bought 4 pairs for my family and a pair for me. Deep regret.
