This is the second holiday we've booked with Hays this month,at their Crystal Peaks branch.One both occasions we were looked after by Annalie, who is a great ambassador for the company. She is personable, efficient, and a joy to deal with. We wouldn't contemplate using another travel agent.

The friendly staff, who always make you feel welcome. Always greeted with a smile, couple that with their knowledge, booking a holiday is a cinch. We have booked several holidays with Hays and, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to book a holiday with Hays. This time the Hays employee ( David) was extremely pleasant and friendly. We knew the holiday we wanted to book, and he sourced it, booked it, and also booked airport parking within a short space of time. It couldn't have been easier. A totally lovely experience.

My first time dealing with the company. First class service, website easy to navigate loads of information and pictures to help you with your choice. My order came next day, and was extremely well packed. The golf club I ordered really surprised me as it was much much better than I expected !

Great product, delivered promptly. Only downside not enough instruction on assembly. Would have liked to be able to track my delivery, without having to set up an account.

I ordered the shoes before 1a.m. on Monday.They arrived on Tuesday at 1.15.
The shoes were extremely well boxed. I have only worn them once so far,they were very comfortable, and I am highly pleased with the shoes, and the service from Loake.

Web site was very easy to navigate, the price of the insurance, and the extent of the cover was good value. The fact sheet which came with the cover note when printed off was very informative. All in all I am satisfied.
