Review of Mozillion
Not off to a good start , I ordered a physical sim and they emailed me an E sim , sent a message and 4 hours later received a reply apologising and changed it to a physical sim which I received the next day, which was great.
I had also agreed to port over my old phone number during sign up, supposedly done within 3 days , contacted Mozzilion yesterday about the switch over date, but still no reply . I tried signing into my account to see if any information there , but none .
Hopefully I can change this review, as the initial mistake was rectified quickly, but a poor response to a simple question about my number port .
Update 1 - Customer Support has been in touch and my port is now on for Friday . Well done the Customer Support team, but really shouldn’t have had to contact them .
Update 2 - Now gone wrong, port went through but left with a split port , incoming calls on ported number but outgoing calls on Mozzilion number , no customer service on a Saturday, oh me were back to a 1 star.

Received new nhs hearing aids about 4 months ago, the app can be challenging , a background hiss most of the time and the Bluetooth sound quality is awful, contacted nhs audiologist who referred me to Phonak , who I have emailed twice and have not replied once .

Joined Lyca last week, My home address is in a poor signal area for all networks and I need WIFI Calling, unfortunately Lyca initially appeared to offer this service but I found out today they do not . Tried to get a PAC Code via txt only to receive error messages, contacted their chat service for PAC code and that's a bit of a roller coaster as they terminated the chat 4 times as soon as I asked for a PAC code. Only saving grace was i phoned their help line, got through quickly and spoke with a lovey lady who supplied me with a PAC code, off to Lebara and spoke with their chat system, which was alot less chaotic and they have confirmed they do offer WIFI calling .

My initial review went on forever so I have condensed it.
I joined Lyca over 6 weeks ago and had plenty of signal strength but people had difficulty hearing me. Contacted customer service about 15 times with a similar response each time, “very sorry” and “we will sort this out for you” , lots of promises to sort this out but they did nothing. The online chat agents seem to dump you when you ask too much questions too. It may be called customer service but I’m not convinced that’s what they do .
Now with another provider, and you’ll never believe it my phone now works.
Your choice !!!!!

I have given 5 stars only for Jamie at the service department at Peterhead. I recently purchased a car for my daughter (first car) through the click and collect service as the car of choice was 150 miles away , this was the start of a very difficult and disappointing journey , 11 weeks later and it’s finally resolved and it’s all thanks to Jamie , I have dealt with numerous people whilst trying to resolve the issues and finally Jamie got involved and I can say that he was the the only person I have felt any genuineness from . I have purchased my previous 5 cars from Arnold Clark but unfortunately after this experience there won’t be a 6th. If anyone from Arnold Clark reads this you need more Jamie’s !!!!

I have an Oil Boiler that has seen better days and needs replacing, i decided this maybe a good time to switch to bulk LPG, I phoned a few of the local company's for quotes on a new tank and there LPG prices , three of them in my local area had replied within a few days.
I initially filled out the new customer form on the Flogas website and had no contact, I then phoned them and was assured my details would be passed to the relevant person again no contact , phoned them again and again assured my details would be passed on but no contact, decided to give it one more try on Saturday morning and explained this was the third time i had contacted them and agin i was was assured some one would contact me within 48 hours , I'm now at 102 hours since my phone call and still no contact . if they cant get it right with a new customer your left wondering how they treat there existing customers .

Thanks for your quick response, it may just be an age thing with me but I don't know how to pm you , I can't reply on your Flogas website as there is no email address only a generic form and i dont do facebook , I could phone but that usually doesn't work out to we'll.

Bag arrived quick quickly but the straps were very short . Fully extended and would just fit a 13 year old girl. Returned bag and awaiting a refund .
