They have always been helpful with any…very helpful

They have always been helpful with any queries I have had, very pleasant to talk to and no problems with any of my claims.
Also very quick handling any if my claims I gave had to submit.
I would 100% recommend them

I have just picked up my package from…

I have just picked up my package from outside my gate...not from my garage as instructed for delivery.
The package was empty!!!!!
It was not securely taped for security.
Very disappointed!
Deliver packages and parcels to their designated areas
