Delivered on time and in good condition. Would have preferred if the driver had waited for the door to be opened as I was in at the time of delivery

I can not rate highly enough the service that Potbury's team of people provided. From quote to delivery they were courteous, polite and friendly. Everything went smoothly from quote to packing and then delivering. This included numerous pots, plants and garden ornaments as well as the contents of a house. Excellent service at a competitive price.

E-mail with details of booking which was OK for me. Not sure how easy it is to change it though. However everything happened as promised. The engineer phoned to let me know when he was arriving. He was polite and professional and left everything as he found it. Advised that the proof of his visit would be in my e-mail and it was there before he pulled off the drive. Excellent service.

Everything was easy to order and pay for. Information received as update on where the parcel was. The only issue I have is that the box was 6 times too big for the plants when they arrived. Far too much packaging of the wrong size. The plants were good and healthy so no issue there.

Just everything with this company is brilliant. They are caring, kind and thoughtful at a time that can be very difficult. Happy to discuss any special requirements (such as adding logos etc) and keep in contact with pictures and questions if needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The finished items are very high standard and exactly as described.
