Everything seems great until you need to call them. My claim has been "awaiting review" for over 3 months. I called to inquire about the delay and was on hold for over 2 hours until the call got disconnected.

I ordered 2 month ago and was guaranteed to receive it by the 3 week. It still hasn’t arrived and they just cancelled my order for no reason. Delayed replies and constantly giving me false information. Horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. They don’t honor what’s written in their policy and in 2 cases did I have to escalate the issue with my bank. The first was a return for a product I didn’t even open. They refunded me only 80% of what I paid stating that certain fees were not refundable. Second case I got a defective camera (one of the buttons didn’t work). It took 1 month of emailing before they asked me to send it back but making me pay for return shipping. Escalated that since they are saying that I caused the damage and refuse to refund me.

Careful with this company. They tried to sell me travel medical insurance even though I wasn’t eligible. It’s good I read through their terms and conditions.

The lockers were slightly on the expensive side but things were going great until I found a hole in my locker one morning. All my items were filled with dust and many damaged. This was in August. It is now March and I am still waiting on my insurance payout (I had paid extra for their insurance package). I haven't received any email about it, every time I call the office they tell me to wait and offer me no updates on the situation. I have tried to contact the regional manager multiple times by phone and email but he never answers/gets back to me. It is starting to feel like a scam. I don't think I will ever get my money back and might even have to take legal action soon.
If you plan on storing valuable items DO NOT go with Depotium since the same thing might happen to you.

Placed an order over the phone to buy a surface laptop. I was overcharged, called back and told I would be contacted... I wasn't and had to call back again. Then my shipment was stuck in their warehouse. I called back again and the agent told me it would be escalated and that I would be conacted...I wasn't(again). Then I called back again to know what was going on...my case was never escalated and I was told to wait again and that I would be contacted....I was never contacted (again). Finally I called UPS to sort it out and received my package. Ordered with express shipping (max 3 business days) and got it 2 weeks later. Customer service reps are full of empty promises and will say anything to get a sale. Horrible horrible service. DO NO BUY FROM THEM. It was a nightmare

Everything arrived fast as promised. I applied the tattoo on my arm and the results were impressive. The reason I wouldn't buy another product from inkbox again is that my tattoo started to fade away on the 4th day. I payed 30 for 4 days.... Not very worth it
