I purchased my new LG Oled TV on Hills Sound & Vision website, within minutes of making payment I received a phone call thanking me for my purchase and would it be ok for me to receive the TV the next working day. The TV arrived by 12 noon delivered by APC overnight.

I purchased a Valentino bag for my wife at the end of November for a Christmas present. When my wife opened the bag the stitching on the front was frayed in three places, I contacted HOF customer service who asked for pictures of the bag which I sent, they then contacted me asking for pictures of the bag with the labels attached, there were no labels attached, the bag was wrapped in Valentino logo paper and in a Valentino plastic bag, I told customer service how the bag was received they then replied saying the fraying to the bag was due to Wear and Tear therefore they will not issue a refund or replace the bag.
The bag is BRAND NEW and never been used, the strap of the bag was still in its plastic wrapping as received and never been attached. I complained so they said return the bag and our specialist will look at the issue, when I went to return it I was informed as 28 days has passed it cannot be returned.
What a joke, I will never ever buy anything from this company again,
Stay away from purchasing from them, I wished I had done my homework and read the reviews on Trustpilot first.

Do Not Buy, ‘what is so difficult’ I purchased the toothbrush and extra brush heads, all you have to do is post the items to me but that is very hard to do when you do not have any to sell. Luckily I paid with Klarna so I have stopped the remaining two payments and have asked for a refund for the first amount paid ( I don’t think I will be getting that back in a hurry)
I did get one reply to a message saying I have purchased a “Pre Order Item” which is rubbish as it doesn’t say that anywhere on the website and they are still selling the toothbrush as normal.
I wish I had reviewed the company on Trustpilot first, a big mistake on my behalf.
