Unfortunately though I ordered a leather guitar strap the item that I recieved I did not believe to be genuine leather. There was not even the faintest odour of leather, but a rather chemical one, and when I ran my fingers across the material it behaved in much the same way a plastic bin liner would. It crinkled and was extremely thin. I called the company and found the man to be very defensive, argumentative and talked over me. He was rather patronising asking me if I even knew what genuine leather is. When I pointed out that genuine leather goods often state on them that they are genuine leather, or have a tag label with this on. His rather bizarre response was to ask me -Does a cow have genuine leather written on it ? The call was unpleasant. When I informed him that I had emailed that day about the strap he again got defensive and had assumed I was expecting an instant response. I was merely informing him that I had emailed. When I stated that the product was made in China and that I thought it was cheap and lousy, he stated that thats what I was and ended the call. I later received an email from him in which he insisted that the strap was 100% leather and that I was rude , derogatory and argumentative. He also stated that if I am not happy with the strap to return it for a refund. I responded that the rude, derogatory and argumentative aspects of our call certainly did not just come from my side. I pointed out his information on the refund, and stated that that is how the call should have went. This was handled very unprofessionally by him. I did not set out not to like the product. I certainly did not want an abusive phone call in which he was defensive and combative. I also underlined there that there are reviews (on a well known online store beginning with A) at least 3 of them had a similar experience in terms of finding that the product is not, as claimed, leather. I have now purchased a wonderful leather strap from a company that makes them in England

I have been playing on Raffolux for about half a year and made several attempts to win an ipad Pro (as well as other prizes) without success. On the very Saturday I was thinking of leaving the site I found out that I had won an ipad Pro with Magic keyboard. Im chuffed to bits with it.

I have had my petite double platform bed and 1000 pocket sprung mattress a couple of months now. I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing.
There were some initial difficulties and delays with mattress not being ready and deliveries taking longer than expected. This was due to covid and these unprecedented times. I found it frustrating but it s not the companies fault and they did their best.
I am very pleased with the bed it is of strong sturdy construction and I think will last a good while. I also bought the frame and mattress when they were discounted, so even better.

I had Blended Vision surgery at the clinic nearly 3 years ago now. I had only started to need to wear reading glasses 2 years prior, but it was looking like I was going to start to require bifocals.
Having initially gone for a consultation to a well known chain I was left with no confidence in them. They boast at having the most outlets in the UK, but so do a well known fast food chain. It doesn't mean they provide a good product.
I wasn't going to skimp on something as important as treatment on my eyes. I also came down from Edinburgh for my treatment but it was all well worth it. I was able to take advantage of interest free finance, having already paid a deposit. The staff are fantastic, everything was gone over with me thoroughly before hand, the procedure was not as daunting as I had thought (Glenn Carp did my surgery) and aftercare was superb. There was a short period of adjustment that I went through as my brain got used to it, and for my eyes to settle.
I am mindful that the shape of our eyes change as we age, thats why I needed the reading glasses. So I did wonder how long I would benefit post surgery. I am now aged 56, I had an eye test in March this year and I'm pleased to report that there has been no change or deterioration in my eyesight since surgery.

Excellent products and service. I first started taking the lowest dose spray in April this year. Im now content with the Dutch oil 500 mg. It has massively reduced the pain I had from a long standing neck and shoulder injury. I sleep better and have less general anxiety.
Also very pleased about the reward points as I get a reduction on my next purchase. Contrary to many reviewers I actually like the taste.

friendly helpful staff and customer service. I ordered the Dutch oil 150mg, and have only been taking for a week. I am sleeping much better, a long standing shoulder neck injury has vastly reduced in terms of pain levels. I also feel much calmer overall.
As well as telling friends and family about Love CBD I have sent my brother a bottle too as he doesn't sleep too well and has arthritic pain in thumb. I have now ordered Entourage oil for if and when I need a booster.
