I was sending money to my relative and they keep cancelling the transaction and at the end they debited my card and still cancelled the transaction and I had to wait for refund for 24 hours. Very stressful experience.

I had a terrible experience with Protyre in Workington. They scammed me by charging £400 and then failed my MOT. Despite the hefty payment, they didn't address the necessary repairs, leaving my car in the same condition as before. Their lack of transparency and professionalism is appalling. I highly recommend avoiding this garage to save your time and money.

I never signed any contract with them and they took my hmrc refund and after hmrc told me about thus I have submitted my id and bank details they never paid,its been 10 months now.
They dont have phone number to contact them any more.

Zara was so helpful I was struggling since morning to top up as my meter was not recognise by my Utilita app or my account .
Zara sorted out everything for me and stayed with me until my gas was up and running.

I have to give 1 star cause I cant select 0 my wife got this for my kids and requested to be cancel it with in month but she was told no she can’t cancel.
After this review my wife had call from someone and spoken to my child trying to convincing to do the programme.
I am still disappointed as my wife was told she cant cancel but they willing to reduce the payment to £55 a month.
Any way as this person requested to change review I am changing this out of good will.

Very bad service the lady Sarah called me and ask me for extra documents that I sent right away after that I heard no thing for 1 week .
Been leaving message their was no answer regarding payout ,I was told you should get it monday or tuesday still no sign of payout after 1 week I called and their was no answer so I cancelled the loan with them .
They are time waster do not apply if you really need money in emergency .

When I contacted money advisors I was so scared and felt so bad but When I spoken to Vishal he was so help full that I felt comfitable talking about my financial difficulty .
