Just what I wanted.

Just what I wanted.
Ordered a sample to check the material and colour which arrived the next day. Went on to order the blind which fits perfectly, looks good and arrived within 2 days of the order.
Competitive prices, really great service and I would use them again.

Poor/non-existent tracking information

While the delivery arrived on time, the tracking was awful. The messages were not sent until the day after delivery. Same with the return, although this was worse, with no confimation or tracking details sent at all. It has taken considerable effort to obtain the tracking information that shows the parcel has been collected from the locker.

Wrong size sent - beware of advertised sizes

Wrong size sent which I then had to pay to return. European size 41 is not a UK 8, it is 7.5 and therefore not the size I ordered.
I will not be shopping here again after this experience.

Really helpful delivery men but…

Really helpful delivery men but sub-contractor rules meant they couldn't disconnect the old appliance and dispose of it or connect the new one. They knew exactly how it could be done but are not allowed to do things certain ways. Luckily I have a friend who is a plumber who did this for me. I don't blame Arrow, more the rules put in place by Hughes

Great customer service

Ordered two cases and unfortunately one was damaged so the courier only delivered one. Absolutely no problems getting a speedy replacement sent by Laithwaites
