Our cat and I relocated to Abu Dhabi. I was very worried about sending the cat on a separate flight from me and did thorough research and read many reviews before choosing FlyPets. I particularly liked their response to a negative review left by accident, as it showed their genuine care for the missing cat.

Nina answered all my emailed questions in great detail and provided reassurances that our cat would be cared for along the way. Emma in the UAE shared useful information about what would happen when our cat arrived and gave updates on his whereabouts upon his arrival.

We took different flights, with our cat landing an hour earlier in Dubai and me arriving in Abu Dhabi. It took him only two hours to join me after I got to the hotel. Although he arrived slightly scared, he started feeling safe quite soon. I would be happy to use friendly and professional services of FlyPets and their UAE partners again when we need to move back home.

Maninder and Sukh were fast in bringing everything upstairs and assembling, professional and polite.

My daughter loves the Junior Lawyers Club and attends regularly for over 5 years. No interest in resolving customer complaints

esure is the worst insurance provider by far: lack of communication, no updates on car repair, no interest in resolving issues and poorly trained personnel. I would not recommend anyone to deal with esure.

esure's garage returned my car with scratches at the back which they never admitted. The garage employees did not follow procedures properly and then did not respond to my enquiries. When I called esure to complain I was told: 1) to deal directly with the garage and not to involve esure; 2) I am to blame as I signed papers without reading them (the garage employees were in a hurry and did not even leave me time to think); 3) esure trust the garage because they have a copy of my form which I signed. The fact that I did not have any reasons to falsely accuse the garage in scratching my car was totally neglected.

My friend who is also insured with esure as well had even worse experience.
