Generally good but care needs to be taken over which resorts are served by which airports. Likewise attention needs to be paid to the actual bus departure and arrival times.

I liked the Experience that I bought and it appears good value for money, BUT the website did not give me the opportunity to input 10% discount code that was advertised on the site.

The online system was down but I called client services who quickly sorted my booking out.

After a local skate shop fitted my wife with a painful, oversized boot, in desperation I drove her 125 miles north to Al’s and ended up 100% satisfied with both the service and resulting purchase. Peter listened to her (skating) problems, analysed the causes and proposed a number of solutions at various price points. The whole process took two hours and at no point did we feel pressured to buy or that we were taking too much of Peter’s time. My wife’s protruding ankle problems were eventually solved with a pair of heat moulded Jackson Low Cut Debuts. More expensive than intended, but absence of pain trumps cost every time. I recommend Al’s Skate Shop without hesitation.

Excellent product but delivery was disrupted by the New Year public holiday.

Day 2 PCR test taken on return at Bham Airport at 18:00 with results within 24 hours. All as promised, which is what I paid for, what was expected and what was delivered. Excellent stuff!

Read the instructions in detail before you start and you will be fine. The details for loading up the picture of the test result and submitting it to C19 Testing are not on the paper leaflet, but can be found on the website. Got my test certificate back by e-mail within two and a half hours of submission.

On time and undamaged - what more is there to say?

Very helpful and person sales person (Louise) and a good range of sofa types. Furniture is mid range in cost, but the notorious DFS sale can create some very good offers.

Excellent price includes boiler protection. If the customer service proves to be good as well I will be very happy.

This was a “like for like“ installation that went well apart the temperature control on the front panel not being in line with the internal control. As a result the water temperature could not be controlled. After I worked out what the problem was, it was easily rectified and the shower is performing perfectly.

Quick and easy to set ad up though there is a danger of repeating some of the information if you are not careful. Review the preview before confirming.

Excellent service and a discount on internet prices as well. What's not to like?
