I take your supplier has not replenish your stock.
A week has now since passed.
And I have received no update regarding my items.
At this rate god knows when my items will eventually be delivered to me
Can you please refund my monies, and I'll buy online from another supplier.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with your order. I have checked this with one of my colleagues and can see that the delivery service used unfortunately lost your order, which you have now been informed about. We have been waiting on stock to arrive from the supplier to re-ship this order but haven't received this yet. I will cancel your order and refund you the money as requested, sorry if this caused any inconvenience to you. I will get in contact with the delivery service to see how we can reduce the chance of this happening again.

Bought items on line
Bought items on line, 15th of Jan. Still haven't received them. When asked what the hold up was I was told they where on back order (1 item) Received a update saying items was dispatched for delivery on Friday the 28th when checking the status of my delivery with Royal Mail it says seller has dispatched item. When they will be delivered god knows. Poor buyer experience.

I can see you have spoken to my colleague regarding Royal mail losing this parcel and this is being resolved now, hopefult this hasn't caused too much inconvenience.
