I ordered a dress it arrived late
Product nothing like the one on their website
Customer service SHOCKING offered me 19% refund to keep the item dress cost £35 it’s cost me £15 to return (at my doctor) let’s see now if I get a refund
I’m absolutely skunnered
Misleading that products come from London they come from China and are absolute RUBBISH

This is the 2nd order that has gone wrong for me
Order 576799198 I went to collect this order 3 times after I was informed it was available the order couldn’t be found and was subsequently cancelled (not sure I’d the delivery charge was credited)
Order 580046316 for Pewter Ankle Boots - Size 8 @ £11.50 and received a completely different product which was £29.50
Another trip to the shop for a collection of an item I did not order nor want
This has cost me 4 journeys to the shop for nothing to say I’m unhappy is an understatement

Excellent, tried to order this twin buggy a couple of weeks ago however it was out of stock I received an e-mail at the weekend to say it was back in stock, I didn't expect to hear anything and I'm delighted with the result, I've ordered the product I wanted and at a very good price. Would be great if I won 50% off as well, I'm just buying this as a grannie to use when I have my two new grandchildren, one due September 19 and one due February 2020.

Absolutely love my Keeper Licket service excellent one of the pictures I downloaded was too dark in my locket and the firls @ Lily Blanche has no problem changing it for me I’ve also bought my sister who lives in Australia one and I know she’s going to love it. A friend who saw my keeper locket hinted to her family and she got one for Xmas she’s over the moon
I’d highky recommend Lily Blanche unique jewellery great service and after care
