This collagen powder is truly tasteless, mixed with hot chocolate drink it is lush. Buying in packs of six makes it a reasonable price. After a few weeks there is slight improvement in my skin and my joints feel less achy. I also use Nutrition Geeks turmeric and magnesium and deliveries are always within 1-2 days. In total it's a great company.

Have used Medexpress since starting Mounjaro last summer and I have been happy with the service from Day One. Prompt service, good protective packaging. Monthly questionnaire with questions about normal meds, side effects, contraindications etc is a good reminder of what to look for and appropriate action should problems occur. I have access to my clinical records at GP. It was good to see that you had informed them that I had commenced the treatment although their response was a bit negative and I had hoped that I would be able to ask them for regular bloods to be done. Having said that, I am happy to be staying with Medexpress. My progress has been slow and steady with minimal side effects. It would be great if it was less expensive, perhaps if you are on it for more than a year you could give a bit of discount for loyalty, even £10 per pen, especially for Blue light workers. I'm also paying for my daughter's treatment with your company but didn't know about your reward discount at the time she started it.

I use Hays as their service is always excellent and yesterday's experience was the best yet. Alicia was proficient, polite and processed our holiday booking smoothly. She came across as a calm and softly spoken, articulate young lady and it was a pleasure to have her sorting out our holiday. Well done Alicia, you gave us a first class service.

Emailed Med Express to see if they would honour their price match guarantee. I did a screenshot and attached it to the email showing Novembers pricelist for Mounjaro and quickly had a reply from Vincent saying they would credit £30 to my account as they could see that a company was cheaper even without a discount code... I have been pleased with their service so far and it shows that Med Express are a decent company to be using for my Weight Loss journey

Mike Bayes has delivered an excellent service, from my initial enquiry regarding a funeral plan to today's decision to purchase a plan outright. He was polite and friendly making it easy to talk about something which some people may find difficult. At no time did I feel pressured to take out a plan and I would recommend him to anyone who would like to do similar.
