Had never used an InPost to send a parcel before, but just sold a few things on Vinted. Super easy! Took seconds. And much closer than the post office

If I could give minus stars, I would.
Had to chase five times to see when my items were being delivered. Got zero to little response.
If I hadn’t of kept chasing I doubt it would have ever been sent.
Finally on delivery a month later one item was missing. Have followed up and heard nothing.

Good range of products. But very little update on delivery status. Nowhere to check - just says “est week commencing”

Won’t buy my dog food from anywhere else now. Love that they offer complete WITH vegetables. I used to make my own and add in the veg.
My dog loves it. Wish there was still a wider range of bones (I love the small 4 pack of beef marrow they used to do)

The DPD drivers in our area (Steve and Jason) and amazing. Always smiling and friendly. And I love that the app allows us to know when they are just around the corner.
Other deli fee services either leave out parcels outside or thrust them at your without so much as a hello. DPD are by far the best and we’ve never had a bad experience

Deliveries always come on time and I love the update to let you know the driver is nearby. All the drivers who deliver near us are amazing! So friendly, always smiling - and with a pocket full of dog treats!

Autoglass themselves (or it’s systems) messed up the order of my replacement glass, so after being unable to get my windscreen fitted on my first visit, I had to revisit a second time, two weeks later.
However, both visits the engineers were friendly and professional and on my second visit they had the right glass and it was fixed quickly, with no problems

Always on time, always well presented and super friendly. The best of all the courier/delivery services I would say. Love the app and updates too so you can make sure you’re in, or give options for safe delivery. Go DPD!
