Autoglass themselves (or it’s systems) messed up the order of my replacement glass, so after being unable to get my windscreen fitted on my first visit, I had to revisit a second time, two weeks later.
However, both visits the engineers were friendly and professional and on my second visit they had the right glass and it was fixed quickly, with no problems
