It is a scam. They continuously changes their policies of usage and they are scammers. They allow you to exchange Plu for gift cards but they don’t work. They don’t reimburse you the money for a service you paid for but that does not work. I had to open a claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). I encourage all the users to contact FOS. We need to do our best to make Plutus shout down!
