Went online to find Homebase in Bishop Aukland had 17 of the ornamental tree I was after. Made a 38 mile round trip to buy one. When I got there couldn't find one yet online said they were still in stock. Staff checked and thought they should have 8. Staff said this happens all the time and could only apologise. Not good enough!!
