Unable to help with any enquiries, hugely disappointed with every aspect of this company so far. Incorrect billing, wait times of roughly 40 minutes every time and unable to assist with enquiries. Been direct debited while on prepay Meters now and have to explain numinous times to multiple staff for anything to be resolved, leaving me out of pocket while waiting for a refund. Hugely disappointed

Laughable, made this account specifically to explain how shocking this website is. Ordered some knee pads from the website roughly a month ago, with a 3-7 delivery time, 3 weeks later still nothing had arrived in the post. I rung up to which at first I got a recorded message saying the mail box was full, which going by other reviews on this website was quite frankly no surprise. Tried again another time and managed to get through to someone. She explained I must have ordered from the website while it was broken, which obviously was my fault, to which i questioned what she would do about it. Apparently they stopped stocking the brand of products, which is odd because they list a following 8 products by the brand, including the product I ordered on discount. I questioned why it had taken 3 weeks and for me to ring them to be informed they wouldn't send the product despite taking my money, to which she didnt have much of an answer. I explained my disappointment to her down to the phone to which I just wanted a refund due to disappointment after looking at other reviews. She assured me she was sending me an email, explaining the money would be with me in a number of days but the email would be with me 'straight away' and she was sending it on the phone, as we spoke. Two working days and a Saturday (which they claim to work) later and no email yet. Team claim to work till 5pm on customer service, while website says 6pm on the header of the homepage. Worst online experience I think i have ever had. Wonder if i ever would have got my money back if i hadn't rung up, and quite frankly still don't believe I will. Can look forward to hearing from myself on Monday, when no doubt there will probably be a "problem with the website" to send my money.
