Great customer service

Great customer service. Staff are patient, helpful and genuine. I went there right after the working hour on Friday but I was not expected they stayed to help me exchange the item I bought earlier and explained carefully the installation instruction.

Most Unprofessional Service Ever

I booked an engineer appointment for my rent out flat (job ref: 00NW102274). The previous service I had with Baxi was satisfactory until I met this "Steven" guy. He sounded very unfriendly on the phone at first and seemed not interested in taking the job at all. He arrived a bit earlier and asked where to park. I said there were plenty of off-street parking around the property without the need for parking permit but he insisted to demand one for him. I reassured there was no need as the previous Baxi appointment was done without any trouble (with another guy) but he just didn't believe me and kept making a fuss. I patiently explained but he hanged up on me and just left. How awful and quite a child!
Steven - if you don't want your job, it's completely fine, just quit but don't waste my time by booking a day off for you. I feel sorry for Baxi to have such a slacker like you.

Mistakes Keep Rolling

This is the first time I used Iceland online delivery and wouldn't use it ever again!
The delivery man has no uniform or badges and he just showed up on my door. He didn't hand me any paper receipt nor let me check the items. He just handed me the stuff and left. I found it so unprofessional.
4 items missing or incorrect and substituted with cheaper products without any refunds. I called the customer service whereas the waiting time is horrible - more than 25 minutes.
They managed to refund the incorrect items but guess what, they refunded amount less than I paid! So I have to call them again which took me another 25 minutes.
Just avoid Iceland delivery!

Worst company. I just realized I have £25 in the account and couldn't even find the site. It was closed without warning. Very disapointing!

Review of Want Driving Lessons

I wish I could give them negative star...

I wish I could give them a negative star because their customer service is utterly a nightmare and the instructor is very unprofessional.
First off, I tried to have 5 hours trial lessons to see how was it but they charged me the price with 10 hours. I called them to have a refund but surprisingly refund is not one of their policies and I was forced to take the 10-hour lessons.

For the instructor (called Ahmed), he is late IN EVERY SINGLE time and often makes up excuses not to show up for the booked hours, such as sickness, car broken, forgot to show up, etc, which is very unprofessional.

After having 5 hours of lessons, he didn't even try to continue the remaining lessons by shutting me off by not replying my calls nor messages. I called the customer service and they did not help me much, only to arrange a call for me to negotiate with the instructor, which is supposedly their jobs!

I am appalled by this company and for those who want to book lessons with Want Driving Lessons, please AVOID. Nothing cheap comes good.
