Ordered a book through biblio and checked reviews when the confirmation email said it was being sent by britbooks… was understandably nervous after seeing the bad reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised! The book arrived quicker than I expected and condition was great - as good as new. Excellent bargain for only £6! Will definitely use again, thanks britbooks 😊

Quick delivery, well packaged, and amazing quality for the price. Brought the Milano Windsor sink and now fitted, looks like it should have cost 3 x what we spent on it. So pleased with that, the taps, waste etc… Milano taps also look fantastic and a fraction of the price compared to other bathroom shops. Will definitely use big bathroom shop from now on and looking forward to kitting out the bathroom with the matching products already!

Great company, very friendly and quick responses. I enquired with a lot of companies to compare prices for the installation of an LCD screen with CarPlay and they offered the best service for the most competitive price. Gave a helpful demo to make sure I knew how to use the new products too. Can’t fault them and will definitely use again in future and recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys!

I’d been looking everywhere for leggings that aren’t see through and these are absolutely perfect - comfortable, fit well, no baggy/saggy bits around the knee and absolutely no see through-ness! Also the lycra material helps you feel nice and held in. Brought my sister a pair and she loves them too. Will definitely be buying all my leggings from here from now on.

Ordered something 3 weeks ago and they took the money from my bank account straight away. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting even for a dispatch notification email. Tried to get in touch via twitter and I got the generic response telling me to use their online chat to chase my order.... try the online chat and surprise surprise it boots me off every time without putting me through to an actual person. Found a customer contact number and after finally getting through and being placed on hold while they look into where my order is, they tell me I shouldn't have been able to ever order or pay for it because the product is out of stock and not available! So if I hadn't have chased them up where would my money have gone? Because I never received notification, an email, or any contact at all that my money had gone into the Bobbi Brown abisque for a product they never even had to send me! Absolutely disgusted with this type of service from such a company that I'd considered so well established. And I'm 99% sure that unless I made the effort to chase this up they never would have contacted me or refunded me my money. This was a Christmas present that I now can't even buy from the shops due to lockdown (had they told me 3 weeks ago when I placed the order the shops would still be open). Will NOT be using again

My order was on my doorstep the day after I processed the order. The packaging was very thorough to ensure it arrived safe. And the message from the owners and little bag of chocolates is such a nice personal touch. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and will definitely use this company going forwards. Highly recommend.

My delivery was due on 11th December... I already know how bad Hermes is so was disappointed when I got an email saying my order was being delivered by them. As expected my delivery never showed up on the 11th. Finally on the 13th I got an email saying it was with the courier and to be delivered between 11am and 3pm. Yet again, as with any Hermes delivery it never showed up. No update, no explanation, no email saying it had been delayed. The status of my delivery still says “with courier to be delivered on the 13th”. It’s now the 17th and I cannot get an answer from Hermes or an update on where my parcel has disappeared to. I tried finding a customer service number but Hermes do everything in their power to stop you contacting them. I found a number and every single option puts you through to an automated recorded message which reels off a load of rubbish and then hangs up on you. Tried online chat and the person I spoke to refused to give me a number to speak to someone and said he didn’t have one!!! Tweeted Hermes twice and no reply. You can’t message them directly either. My order which was a present has now disappeared and Hermes don’t care I’ve now missed that persons birthday or that they’ve failed to deliver on their “service”. This company is the biggest joke and how it is still going I do not know! The directors and owners should be disgusted with themselves and any retailers that associate with them need to cut ties because they are an absolute embarrassment!!! When they do deliver the drivers fake signatures. On many occasions they update the delivery status to “attempted” and then reschedule it even though they never attempted delivery, just drive straight past! You can’t complain and you can’t get answers. The company needs to be shut down, if have more luck getting my delivery by pigeon than with this incompetent dishonest immoral company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
