What Hermes get away with us criminal
My delivery was due on 11th December... I already know how bad Hermes is so was disappointed when I got an email saying my order was being delivered by them. As expected my delivery never showed up on the 11th. Finally on the 13th I got an email saying it was with the courier and to be delivered between 11am and 3pm. Yet again, as with any Hermes delivery it never showed up. No update, no explanation, no email saying it had been delayed. The status of my delivery still says “with courier to be delivered on the 13th”. It’s now the 17th and I cannot get an answer from Hermes or an update on where my parcel has disappeared to. I tried finding a customer service number but Hermes do everything in their power to stop you contacting them. I found a number and every single option puts you through to an automated recorded message which reels off a load of rubbish and then hangs up on you. Tried online chat and the person I spoke to refused to give me a number to speak to someone and said he didn’t have one!!! Tweeted Hermes twice and no reply. You can’t message them directly either. My order which was a present has now disappeared and Hermes don’t care I’ve now missed that persons birthday or that they’ve failed to deliver on their “service”. This company is the biggest joke and how it is still going I do not know! The directors and owners should be disgusted with themselves and any retailers that associate with them need to cut ties because they are an absolute embarrassment!!! When they do deliver the drivers fake signatures. On many occasions they update the delivery status to “attempted” and then reschedule it even though they never attempted delivery, just drive straight past! You can’t complain and you can’t get answers. The company needs to be shut down, if have more luck getting my delivery by pigeon than with this incompetent dishonest immoral company. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
