Second technician was great, other dealings up to that point were extremely disappointing
Booked repair, however, on day of repair I was advised by the technician that it couldn't be repaired but I would have to make another appointment to have I replaced. I did this for a week later and took the day off work. When I hadn't heard anything about a time, I 'phoned to be told that it had been cancelled as "someone has assumed it was a duplicate"!!! No one thought to contact me to ask. Earliest I could get another appointment was a further 5 days away, for which I had to take more time off work. I then got confirmation text & email, however, it was booked for the wrong address and I had to 'phone again to get this rectified. When technician arrived, on time, on 16th June, he looked at my windscreen and asked why I had booked a replacement when a repair would be just as efficient!!!! He did carry out a repair and was very pleasant and efficient....the only reason I have given as many stars. Extremely disappointed with the company up to that point.
