So far the delivery company …

With Evri it definitely depends on the driver
In Warwickshire the driver would always say “he missed us” on the first & second attempt ( unless it’s next day) but always deliver on the third even if we’re not in it would be left at the door. In Bournemouth it’s left at the door on the first attempt without a knock/buzz but the problems are so less frequent than DPD and Royal mail. So 4 stars.

DPD was such a stressful experience..

I was following the tracking for my parcel the driver had been at stop 90 for an hour I was 116 it was 40 minutes late so I went on ‘chat’ the bot said the driver was running late.. then I get a text to say sorry we missed you!? The driver (love joy) didn’t even attempt to make the delivery!! I tryed to cancel the order ( as I can’t wait till Monday) the DPD bit chat wouldn’t let me speak to a human and it couldn’t help.
A huge frustration luckily pets at home as canceled it there end and spend a refund.
I will not order from a company who hires DPD as a delivery service again.

Mobeen M really helped me

Mobeen M really helped me. DPD it’s a horrible delivery service gave me a huge migraine not even attempted to deliver my next day delivery!! Mobeen M made it so I don’t have to deal with them and my refund was issued. - a.k.a. migraine slowly going away! 😌

Goodbye..

Two stars is generous for what I’m about to write,
12 years I have been with you and it's been amazing till now how could you replace the ingredients in the early defense day cream! And not to tell me about it I found out by my face turning into spots and pimples that I have never had, it cannot be a coincidence that your new product then helps spots and pimples! I now have to go out and spend money and time in research on finding a new company for all of my products I use from you which is about 9 every three months! I am absolutely furious and to anyone else having sudden skin problems if you have your old bottles compare the back before you waste a week thinking everything you might of done different! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sometimes problems

This company can be off and on it just depends on the drivers... They deliver on time when they say they will  and sometimes I get an email that they have tried and nobody has been in so I go to the window and I literally see there van on the road driving off I don't know why they do this I know yodle once said doing this same thing it's because the drivers aren't given enough time for a block of flats if this is the case than the company should look in to it.

The yodel delivery lady did not post my delivery to my front door. I let her in the building and she left it in the lobby that is not delivering a parcel, took me ages to find it as she did not see where she left it.

I am so sick of this Company!!

I am so sick of this Company!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️😖
I have bought a trolley from them twice broken parts missing the first time the second time no parts missing waited to hear back from cats customer service for days still nothing been emailing them very confusing emailing back! In store brought I heater fan twice broken both times!!

My order was in a van all day, the cold food was warm by the time it got us! things with opened and spilled! I’m just glad it was a free box it’s not worth paying for... I through everything out!

Dusty

I went in to try on some sale items at the Leamington spa store and oh my god was number 3 dusty!!! Either it hasn’t been cleaned in months or there cleaning is not doing the job. One little movement and loads of dust was in the air! My Asthma has never flared up so quickly I tried one jumper on and got out very fast to stop coughing!
Nothing against M and S clothes, I will just have to try the clothes on at home and return them which I know isn’t good for the store but the dust isn’t good for me!

My Voucher didn't work
