Rubbish - ordered 4 Cordyline got 2 including1 that was under-sized and not acceptable. No response and no interest from supplier.

Beware, despite the gloss and self promotion this is a business that makes it impossible for customers to complain or even chase up about a simple problem like non-delivery. The chat is automated and doesn't understand terms like 'delivery failure' (- apparently not a recognisable keyword - how strange!) . No phone number. They refer to email contact but I cant find one anywhere for such queries - although they fill your inbox with 'offers'and review information. If you look long enough you might find the courier details and then spend hours on the phone. Two weeks late and I am not wasting more time doing their job - I have paid for goods AND delivery

Customers understand that these are difficult times but total lack of communication on a large order (almost £1000 ) for 3 weeks since payment is just not acceptable - closing the phone lines - really?
Just send an email so we know what is going on.
