Avoid !!Ordered a very expensive paint as it’s…

Ordered a very expensive paint as it’s the only shade I can use. Received a box in perfect condition with a large plastic bag containing a bashed in paint pot, paint spilling into the bag that was so very carefully sealed with tape….so some idiot thought this was a suitable condition to send a product in. Useless complaints process ….avoid !

Never going back to a salon after using the esalon

I returned to the salon after feeling deeply disappointed with my colourist. I didn’t enjoy being pressured into the colour and felt ignored as a 50-year-old woman. It was disheartening to experience what I believe is a common issue for women of my age.

On the positive side, I love the colours, the team at the salon, and every time I use their products. They are incredible, and the amazing guy who cuts my hair is blown away by the quality. He would be honest with me if I was making a mistake, as he has been cutting my hair for 30 years.
It would be nice to go to a salon and feel cared for, but I can do that myself and for a lot less money.

Tired and true

Firstly I reviewed in Trip advisor and my Boss was contacted since this was a work trip! An invasion of my right to review! So be careful.
The dinner was poor with unclooked vegetables. The room request to be sited on the quiter part of the hotel was ignored and I could not change so I had a night in a hot unventilated room next to a main and busy road.
There is a also lift or other mechanical device making alot of noise through the night.
The hotel has seem better days and the rooms I have stayed in over the years are in a fairly dilapidated state.
I will opt to stay elsewhere in future where my feedback is handled professionally and provacy respected.

Eventually the right and fair response was taken...

I researched and alerted AO at 9.30 am to a Tradein Discount of £50 this morning for the appliance that sadly I was not eligable for....

Two hours later when checking the site and my order invoice, I see that this discount had now been added to the product page, and my invoice showed I was also charged the non member rate, when I pointed out I was a member...and the price was confirmed

I called back after lunch. Apparently I could not have this discount as my order had been placed...that morning......Sound fair?

Two things wrong here....you did not assign the right member rate, you did not act fairly to give me the discount I had researched diligently and was being offerded by 4 other retailers.

A promise that the delivery would be refused seemed to wake up the fair and sensible response here! Pretty disapponted here but the right action was eventually taken.

A follow up to my awful experience with…

A follow up to my awful experience with these people. Advise, AVOID!
Motorway.com gave me a generous online price of £17,775 and after inspection that price reduced to £17600 due to the plactic scuff you claimed reduced the value of my car to £15005!

I hope you are out of business soon, preying on the desperate and time poor people!

A total sham..avoid!!

Sidcup kent. An extremely young man who knew nothing about cars being directed by his boss at the end of the phone based in a scruffy storage unit did not fill me with hope about this transaction.
I should have walked out immediately. I was kept waiting half an hour with no apology, and it was an absolute shambles.You should be ashamed of this service. For a scuff, that will cost a hundred and eighty pounds to be removed.You reduced my valuation by over a thousand pounds. The chair in the unit was broken. The young man was dressed scruffily and had no idea how to conduct himself, Grumbling about only so many appointments,. Requesting that I kept my car bonnet open In a vacant car park while we go back to the office, he couldn't explain why he needed this done to which I naturally refused. An absolute omnishambles.
Thankfully, I have now sold my car with motorway four, an excellent pricem, £2450 more!

Upgraded router virgin hub 5 will not…

Upgraded router virgin hub 5 will not connect to nano hub v2. I am an IT manager and explaining I have already bridged the connection between router and hub with a switch to convert the signal. The agent insist's on asking me to move to each other port (which are identical) and to perform all the tests I have already explained I have done.

Do not buy into HIVE products they drop them as they did with my hub 360 and cameras, they offer support that makes Virgin Media look good and they are nominated in the Which Magazine August edition of awards for "The Shoddies"...I am so fed up with this company!

AO.com are supremely professional, approachable and genuinely care..End to end from web site journey to delivery, you never drop the amazing standard you set. I used to default to John Lewis.com for goods....they aren't a patch on you!

Some opportunities missed

The machine should come with a more efficient cable store. Winding a very long cable manually is a real pain given the cost! More guidance on solution to water ratio is needed and noise could be dampened more.

The colour is fantastic and condition…

The colour is fantastic and condition to, the team helped me move to amonia free which has really Improved condition. I'm a readhead so white riots appear after 3 -4 weeks which is fair but the team recommend the touchup powder which is incredible. The time saved making appointments and being pressured into blowdrys that make me feel anything but like my curly wild self is a huge bonus to!!!

Can't fault the product it's really…

Can't fault the product it's really good and my dog is very happy but the delivery and damaged tubs really concern me the advice that they are safe to use even though cracked allowing ice to form, clearly they are not safe to use because they will get compromised by Ice Particles and degrade the food so I am surprised by the advice

Fantastic service

If you organise and prepare your package carefully using the best possible dimensions possible the service is flawless if you don’t you will run into additional costs which are nothing to do with parcel hero but with the carrier. I cannot wait to use these people again they are simply brilliant.
