Lovely tiles, shame about the delivery
Lovely tiles. However, the tiles were delivered one day ahead of the scheduled date without prior warning. Fortunately a kind neighbour accepted the order and stored the pallet of tiles on their drive for us until we got back home. Not sure if it was down to the delivery company or Baked Tiles...

We have found that your order got caught in a small system issue with our courier, which is what caused the delivery to arrive on a different date to what you expected. This issue has since been fixed, but we greatly value your feedback as we continue to improve our delivery services. 😊
