I ordered 2 sets of Plants at approx £6…

I ordered 2 sets of Plants at approx £6 a plant. Arrived the size of plug plants and only 2 out of 3 plants in good condition. Replacement plant sent which was again of poor quality 3 plants have died and I have 4 only left at a cost of £36. Will not order from Hayloft again

Not as seamless and quick as it used to be

My machine is out of action and has been for 9 days. The engineer called this morning and said it was a two and a half hour job and he did not have time to drain the machine and check it. He then said it was probably not repairable anyway and he would write the machine off. Replacements offered had long lead in times and I had to pay an additional £284 for the replacement which is scheduled for delivery on 21st December , another 2 weeks. All in all we have been without a dishwasher for over 3 weeks. Not impressed

Just hopeless

Just hopeless, If you have solar power as I do they have no idea how the system works. I had panels installed in June21 and had to wait to Febuary 28th 2022 to get a smart Meter installed. This would enable me to go to Octopus Agile which is the best tariff for Feed in. Guess what still not sorted over 7 days to respond to emails, complaint raised by Octopus customer care, still no action from them.Today I checked my bill which differs from Smart Meter cost display and was told my tariff had changed to a more expensive one because I have moved to Octopus Agile and yet I am still not benefitting from my solar power. This evening I have received yet another email telling me I have not applied for an Agile tariff despite sending them their acknowledgement email to me. You get a different version depending on who you speak to and nobody to date understands how Solar works. I am at my wits end with this

My name is Sara, and I'm one of the Team leaders at Octopus Energy. I want to thank you for leaving feedback here on Trustpilot. It’s important for us to received feedback, even negative, so we can continue to improve on our service and communication with our customers.
In regards to your situation that you mention above, when you first signed up to Octopus Energy unfortunately, it was only for the import Agile tariff. We actually offer two different Agile tariffs. One is for import ‘Octopus Agile’ which means the energy that you use in your property is charged at different rates every half-hour and the other is export, ‘Outgoing Agile’ which means the excess energy that’s not used from your solar panels will go back to the grid, and you’re paid for this with a different unit rate every half-hour based on wholesale energy costs. To make the use of your export, it's a separate sign up process due to needing extra information in relation to your solar panels including the MSC certificate and DNO notification letter. The onboarding process has now started on your account.
For the smart meters, unfortunately due to the demand we can’t guarantee when appointments will become available in your area. I can also see from previous correspondence that there was an issue with the connection in your area, and we were waiting for a dual band to boost the signal. This has now been completed.
Due to rise in the wholesale energy market over the last year, we have advised customers that the import Agile may not be the best tariff for our customers due to the rates presented and can see that you’re account has been switched to the variable tariff from the 18th March 2022.
A complaint has been raised on your account and being investigated by a member of my team and I’ll be working closely with them to get this issue resolved for you.

Dreadful

Dreadful, I paid £48 for a half hour lesson this was with the instructor my grandson has had since his second lesson. All was booked and as instructed we arrived with our own flu stand noodle. The attendant at the pool in Bracknell was very hostile. The instructor advised when we arrived the pool was very cold. The instructor was not the one I had booked and was not as good as previous one. To add insult to injury we had to share half of the one lane available as there were 2 lessons going at the same time. I complained on Sunday abs was promised a response on Monday. Nothing, I phoned again today Wednesday and was told customer services were busy and would ring me back within the hour, 1.45 minutes later I range back again and spoke to a very unhelpful customer service assistant awhile basically stated swim experts were within their rights and The customer was in the wrong. I will never use again and would definitely recommend you steer clear. Experts, not in my opinion

Looking into your booking we can see that the change in instructor was discussed and agreed upon over the phone with a follow-up confirmation email sent ahead of your lesson. We apologise that you felt the attendant at the venue was hostile, unfortunately, this is down to the staffing of the hotel venue and not SwimExpert but we will obviously give this feedback to the hotel team.

Our pool at the Bracknell venue is a large wide space allowing for two lessons to run simultaneously without effecting the quality of the lesson. This has been the case for a couple of years or more and were it to have caused any issues with delivering lessons we clearly would not be operating two lessons at the same time.

We are extremely sorry to hear that your experience with our customer team wasn’t up to the standards that we pride ourselves on. It's a small team and each person wants to deliver the best service so they will be disappointed with your feedback. We will share and learn from it where appropriate.

Once again, we are sorry you felt you had a negative experience with SwimExpert. Please feel free to get back in touch if you'd like to retry lessons.

I tried this company once before

I tried this company once before, I should have learnt my lesson. They act as a third party so Doors and delivery are not by Leader they simply pass your order to the door manufacturer, then the fun begins you are sent between the 2 companies to try and get a delivery date usually weeks from order.The telephone nu ber Leader claim I provided was not provided by me, they used none of my default telephone numbers they claim paypal provided but miraculously paypal provided the correct address but an incorrect phone number. This Company do not stock Leader Doors they come Direct. The Customer Service is appauling. I would not recommend

Hi Liz,

It's unfortunate that you have left this review with 1-star. Given that the delay was simply down to the fact that you supplied an old contact number from your PayPal account. As you are aware attempts were made to book in delivery, and we emailed you, until it became apparant that you need to provide us with another telephone number.

Furthermore, we are not just a third party. We are much more than that. We have over £1million worth of stock of doors and flooring. We could never physically carry stock of every product in our warehouse, so we do have products that we use the suppliers direct delivery service in order to fulfill.
