I lost my order

I lost my order. They don't provide product in our suitable time when you buy online. They decide when it suits them that is the worst service.
I hate this kind of service.
Dansk fragtmand took service charge without supply of my product. No body take this service.
I had no sms before. But, Yes I got a call to receive when I was at work. There was no pre info, otherwise I managed some one to have it. I am not satified withe reply they have written.

It is not possible to select a delivery time, as we load our trucks in a way that makes the most economic and environmental sense for the route. We sent you an SMS notification in the morning that the shipment was on its way. Since you were not at home, we took the shipment back for redelivery.

I bought an item 2 months ago using…

I bought an item 2 months ago using mobile pay. I got the item. but they started to withdrawn my money two montes in november and december, 2022 as subcription which I didnot. I wrote my report but they didnot rely me. so after 5 days I am writing this against this busness. not trustworthy. 100 percent cheater.

You can handle both at the membership price, where it costs DKK 89 per month, and at the normal price without membership. If you choose to handle at member price, you will create a membership. The membership can be canceled under "My membership" or by contacting our customer service at hej@luxplus.dk, they will be happy to help you cancel it.

Membership is not binding and can be canceled at any time.

The delivery was good

The delivery was good. but smart watch z7 is outdated product.the software of the watch could not function. I regret buying trusting restore.nu.

i have been call me user since 7 years. recent years i am having slow net . it is not fast enough these days. on cloudy days it is useless
