Great price for my new car, all expectations met, all queries responded to promptly good 'old fashioned customer service'. On top of that no showroom car salespeople to fend off, my car was chosen and specified at home, in comfort and delivered to my front door. Highly recommended.

Quick, clear and easy process

Easy collection, good quality clean car, easy drop off. Collection and drop off took less than 5 minutes each. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.The location is very easy to find and access and the shuttle between rental depot and the airport is very efficient. When I compare the process with one on one of the Spanish Islands this summer the comparison is remarkable (45 minutes to queue for collection and 30 to drop off) and the prices were comparable. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

This would have been 5 stars had the delivery driver provided the 30 minute notice of arrival as had been advised as the standard practice. No prior notification other than email first thing advising of 4 hour window, fortunately I was able to monitor their progress online and set of to meet them when they were down to 3 visits prior to mine.

Initially I needed assistance to read my new meters which Caitlin, the Customer Service Representative, resolved by providing clear instruction in her email reply. However having followed her excellent instructions and recorded the readings I need a password reset before I could submit them. Again Caitlin provided a prompt service and set up a temporary password for me. Very impressed with her work ethic, prompt, accurate, polite, which reflects well on Avro. Well done Caitlin!

Impatient delivery driver who rang the doorbell and within 10 seconds was behind the car at the garage door having photographed the 'delivery' which was dumped at the garage door. For me this is the most important aspect of a delivery service, the tracking facility and website etc. are 'nice to haves' but if the delivery is as poor as this then this is what I measure the service by. The whole organisation tainted by the actions of the delivery driver who in all probability doesn't work for Hermes anyway!

Prompt, punctual, efficient and polite everything that is lacking at the usual tyre fitting company.
