Frame was wrong size, massive, even though I had given exact size of my picture which is supposed to sit within the frame, not float around in the middle of it.
Second, it was so flimsy, it just about snapped when I picked it up and the perspex was like cling film. So bloody thin and flimsy, I tapped it and it shattered.
There must have been £40 worth of materials, if that and I paid £160.
The packaging, well there was enough to make a garden shed, and I can see why because if the frame had the slightest knock it would have been destroyed.
In the end I threw it all in the bin. NEVER AGAIN.

When you order a frame with a mount, we only ask for the exact artwork size. The mount then surrounds your artwork, making the overall frame larger.
To ensure your artwork is held securely and doesn't fall through, we cut the mount opening 4mm smaller on each side than the artwork size you provided. This creates a slight overlap. We do mention this in both our measuring guide and frequently asked questions sections. If the mount cut-out were the exact same size as your artwork, there would be no overlap, and your artwork would simply fall right through.
If there is an issue with the frame on receipt, customer Services are available by telephone or email to discuss and resolve.
