Design fault in shower mat and lack of cup in Bionur WC Powder
Not happy with either of my purchases. The plastic prickles on the shower mat are so sharp they hurt my feet when standing on it and there is no tab to hang it up after use.
There was no plastic cup provided with the Bionur WC powder.

Filing cabinet delivery
I ordered my filing cabinet on 25 Sep and it did not arrive until 12 Oct though the delivery time stated 7-10 days so I was beginning to wonder what had happened to it. I was told delivery would be between 1300 and 1500 but it didn't arrive until 1610. Fortunately I did not need to be anywhere else that afternoon. However delivery men polite and carried the parcel into the room in my home I directed them to.
