HAD TO REQUEST A REFUND. NEVER AGAIN! No confirmation email, no tracking information (without linking my gmail account to PayPal) - no idea when I will get my basin taps!! Was told only AFTER sales that it cd take up to 5 days. Poor experience.

Holding back 5 stars as name on ads implies London based/shipped which is not the case - shipped from China so a tad misleading and frustrating given shipping times. That said, arrived in just over a week. Like others, was sceptical given years bygone of using stick-ons and useless/look what they are. These are great! Easy to apply and look so realistic. Cannot confirm how long they will last yet as only just applied, but feel strong. Easy to get off too as bodged one and had to start again. Wd advise purchasing extra gel glue tabs as these wont last long and saves additional postal costs.

Using this alongside Zoomey so not sure which is working but one or both is/are!! 13yrs old JRT who was very stiff in her hips as well as luxating patellas. Been using these for last 6wks and can def see a marked difference. Am against Librella given known potential side effects so these are the natural route.
I have been challenging call charges incurred that have been charged again in Aug, despite being paid in July's statement. I called and emailed them on 26 Aug and have been passed from pillar to post since then and it's still not resolved.
Am sure their Customer Services are full of staff who cannot think outside the box and clearly do not have a modicum of intelligence between them.
Despite their emails each time telling me I owe it, I shall go to my grave challenging THEIR mistake.

While their customer service is on point, the products seem to be cheap Chinese imports. I have yet to buy anything that lasts or does what it should - eg automatic can opener, gardening guard gloves, solar garden lights. The gardening gloves do NOT protect from brambles, nettles and many customers have reported this but they still market them stating they do. Sure they will refund or replace with no quibble, but from my own and friends' and family's experiences to date, we wont be buying again as we are always disappointed with the product quality.

03 Oct 2025 UPDATE - parcels STILL arriving damaged. DPD who deliver are fed up having to strap the boxes together in order to deliver so NOTHING has been done to get to root cause?! Am going back to Amazon now as no parcels arrive damaged.
Appalling online service. AVOID. Had constant issues with damaged items arriving via deliveries, large orders being split between different couriers so arriving on different days and then late deliveries. Have given up and cancelled my large fortnightly subscription now as despite notifying them of my issues - they simply do not care.

Guard gardening gloves do NOT protect from brambles, thorns or nettles as stated. They offer a full refund but this is unfair on others who have reported the issue but they still continue to mislead customers. They claim they receive positive feedback, but how many of those have actually tried them with brambles, nettles etc? My hands were a mess for days. They are misleading customers.

Bought the Discovery set for £29 and while pricey at just under £3 per tiny sample bottle (x10 in box), it's a great way of trying their scents and they seem longlasting.
They come beatifully boxed too so make super gifts! They seem to have x4 different Discovery scent boxes - original, Romantic, Fresh and Woody. I aim to try them all to find a new signature scent.
Pretty shocking customer service and crazy p&p costs as you get no choice but to pay £4.99 for next day delivery with DPD - even for small orders.
DPD threw my order behind a bush and I had to get a broom to try to reach it Naio Nails not interested - not even offering to take up the issue with DPD as their preferred courier - not the customer's choice.
Will not be using again as too costly and simply not worth it. They shd really reconsider their postal costs given others' reviews.
Misleading labelling! I have a dog who has an allergy to chicken. I was buying Butchers tripe and beef tins and could not understand why my dog was getting hot spots again. Looked at ingredients in small type on back of tins
This could be a matter of life and death for some dogs and totally wrong and misleading to consumers.
You have an obligation to clearly label additional ingredients on the FRONT of the label when they constitute the majority meat component - CHICKEN. Chicken is the highest component in ALL your tins and should be labelled accordingly.

If 'no quibble 30days refund' means having to send proof the product doesnt work and then days to respond to customers, then leave your customers to pay the return postage costs ...I would challenge this 'no quibble'.
Wont be using Best Ideas UK again.
