Unbelievable

I ordered a pair of men’s La Sportiva Approach shoes for a mountain trip and received a huge package full of hair extensions, bikinis, glitter face decorations, all kinds of random “Shein” branded items. It could not be further from what I ordered.

And customer service does not have a phone number for direct contact whilst I have to wait and hope for them to eventually pick up my case via email.


Update 16/08 - 48hrs since delivery and soon the same since raising my case and still nothing from the Customer Service team. 😤😔


Further update 16/08 - Antonin from the team kindly got in contact and issued an immediate refund and understandable explanation of the situation.

It seems there was an issue during transit, likely due to a reconditioning error, where your La Sportiva shoes were mistakenly swapped with another package. Unfortunately, we are out of stock for the model you ordered, so we have processed a full refund for your purchase.

Avoid…

They take your money and then don’t ship items. They even ship items to make you think you are going to receive them and then re-direct them back to their warehouse with DHL without providing any reason or refund in a timely manner.
No intention of ever sending me what I had paid for and now taking far too long to give me my refund.
Avoid this place, absolute cowboys

Dishonest

Dishonest. Avoid.

Despite contacting several times, presenting them with evidence of their dishonesty, they continue to perpetuate the same lies over and over again, hoping I will somehow believe their falsehoods.

Do not use. Customer service is nonexistent and they refuse to acknowledge or make right their mistakes.

Then what exactly, Connox, are you doing to “serve me” other than trying to convince Trustpilot readers that you do your best to offer good service?! Where is service to an existing, paying customer never mind posting reassuring responses for potential customers to read?

You are lying, YOU instructed the shipping partner to deliver it to the location they did, you took my money for “home” delivery and instructed them to deliver to a drop off location 2km away. Stop lying 🤥

P.S. you certainly are not “my” team. None of you would have a job if you were, trust and honesty is a key component of my team.

AVOID. Liars and very poor Customer Sevice

Delivered to a “drop off location” without any notification of delivery. Did not attempt home delivery. Drop off location is the opposite side of the postcode to which I live. Due to my current incapacity I would need to take a Taxi or the metro to collect the parcel as it’s been left 2km away from where I live. I paid 49kr for delivery …it should be delivered to my home address or at least one of the other 9 closer drop off points?! I am not paying more money to travel to pick the parcel up and have asked for a full refund and am now being ignored by customer service team. Very poor service. I wonder what kind of NPS you guys have

Erm….your below response suggests I have not contacted your service team….I have emailed 4 times today already and is all I have received is the address to collect the parcel from…which doesn’t help?!?
Perhaps your service team should be so kind as to actually respond to my request of refund…or offer an alternative solution?!

Now you suggest there was a failed delivery on the 4th..that’s why the item was taken so far away to a service point….only I have been home all day due to my current incapacity and have received several parcels from the same courier on that very day and can provide evidence of that …please stop with the nonsense and sort this out rather than making excuses/shifting blame.

**Final Update**

So, you claim the courier couldn’t deliver the item to my home address so delivered it to a service point nearby. Having spoken to the courier directly however they have kindly informed me that the package was never for home delivery and that the sender (Connox) selected for “service point” and chose the location that it now resides at, 2km from my home. Not only did you charge me for home delivery but you have also lied throughout this entire debacle. This is not the fault of the courier or myself for for missing a delivery…is your fault, your mess, your lies to a paying customer. Thanks for wasting my time, thanks for your lack of honesty and for your terrible customer service. Give me my money back or send the item to my home as per the postage I paid for immediately.

Your NPS must be shocking if you treat all customers this way.

A real shame…

We were recommended Jonas by a colleague at work. Unfortunately they didn’t live up to expectations.
Firstly the move took longer than planned because they had failed to secure access to the street with the kommune as originally planned and requested, which meant 45 minutes of lost time at the start of the move whilst the removal guys tried their best to manoeuvre the lorry around some impossible turns.
After that things went a bit more smoothly until they damaged some the window frames getting items in and out of the new location and also took a chunk out of one of the interior walls. Finally, to top it off, they lost a curtain rail during the move, or failed to find it in the van which meant no curtains in our 3 yr olds bedroom during the first night (Friday).
We also had a handyman service, which was great BUT we requested that the Jonas handyman pick a new curtain rail up from Ikea on his way to finish off some other jobs for us on the Saturday morning, which he was very helpful in doing. Unfortunately, Jonas now think it is fair to charge us for that travel and collection time despite the fact that it was them that lost the original curtain rail in the first place. How can we be charged for something that would not have occurred and it not been for the failure of the company in the first place?!
A shame because the handymen were great and the two “leaders” on the removal team did a great job with the lorry despite the fact that the appropriate colleague had not arranged for the street to be reserved in advance. Of course, you expect some scuffs and knocks during a move but those coupled with these other two issues have left us with a poor experience unfortunately.

Ordered 5 of the same item, delivery time seemed reasonable. items all sent separately, first of which arrived after 11 working days and still awaiting part of order over 3 weeks since ordering now.

Originally rated 2 stars but have updated to 3 stars as a result of good customer service response to my originally negative review.
