Spoke to Kerry and Chris today regarding my contract which was due for renewal and had rang around a few other suppliers they took as much time as was needed to go through my bill and work out the best rates for me with no pushy sales jargon. They were not the cheapest I had been quoted however with this level of customer service I decided to stay. Well done Energia your staff are five star.

What's not to like - great rapport, the perfect holiday, great price, Irish, contactable, trustworthy and they know their stuff. Breda was absolutely fantastic as are all the staff in Click n Go. I've been years organising my own or using other websites that are faceless and nameless and I made the decision to start using Click n Go and it was as easy as that Click and I'm off on holidays.

Alan was great he made my holiday feel like it was his and made sure it was just right. Professional and so easy to deal with and accessible which was so important. Others were a bit cheaper but I was happy to go with an Irish company with exceptional service and to me it was worth it.

I called on behalf of my uncle who had recently lost his wife and was in a distressed state regarding bills etc. He had originally called in May however his request hadn't been logged by that operative and he received another bill. This is where we had the privilege of dealing with Sophia. To say she is a credit to her role is an understatement and was helpful, informative, empathic and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can see she features in a lot of reviews and this girl needs to be rewarded for her commitment to not only her company but also to their customers. We had a recent delivery of 2 beautiful sunloungers from ez living. Unfortunately there was an issue with the quality of the keg and cushion and Laurie in the customer care team was amazing in resolving the issue and kept me informed during the entire process.
