No words to explain. Still upset after 11 days.
Hit pot hole in the middle of no-where. Completely lost on a B road. Totally dark no lights and limited cell/internet phone reception. Called RAC, told to go to website, hung up on me. Got onto breakdown website, and followed all prompts. SAID! flat tire, no spare, need one. RAC arrived, with no tire. Acted surprised when I asked where was the tire? All he said, was that yes, I had tire replacement policy. Huh? Said, car should be towed, but cant. Need to find someone to replace tire?????What is RAC for? The lovely driver called around and found a business to come out and replace my tire.....3 hours later. (P.s electric car, flashers on, draining battery after +4hrs the road in freezing rain/cold weather). After paying for my tire, advised will be re-reimbursed for tire. Still fighting for that. Will not go back to RAC. Was not dealt with appropriately, and even after my call the following day, still has to justify what had happened. Told i was going t be reimburse within 7 days, now over 14! Just not how customer service should be be Will not recommend or renew. Sad
