Outstanding results

First of all let me say the sheet I am using purchased from Earthing Harmony works. I had been seeing a Chiropractor for over a year with severe pain in my arm and hand. It was not carpal tunnel. It is a pinched nerve between disc 11 and12. The burning was unbearable at night. Then the sheet. No more burning or tingling. Hand thumb joint without pain. Foot neuropathy healing and much improved.
Let me also say this company did everything to fix a delivery problem. I had given my old address and moved 1800 miles away. The delivery could not be stopped. The new owners said they did not get a package. Earthingharmony then sent me a replacement through the mail. Thanks Earthingharmony and the sheet works. Saving me $100's in chiropractor treatments.

Clutch Automotive-Katy was able to…

Clutch Automotive-Katy was able to schedule my repair the same day I called and spent 6 hours on the repair. They emailed me a complete repair estimate with suggestions for other issues which I could accept or reject. Other automotive repair companies, one of which I worked for in Katy, TX would have gone ahead fixed other things and charged for it. Not Clutch. They explained in a phone call just what the problem was and what the cost was. The vehicle was ready by the end of the day. Clutch also has ASE certified mechanics.

Billed twice on same day.

First off I would give them 5 stars except they took $48.90 out of my checking account twice on the same day of April 7, 2025 under the name PCHelpsSoftware.com. I live on $500 a month after house payment, gas, and groceries, auto insurance. So even $48.90 is 10% of my discretionary spending. That buys a lot of beer.

Pain in the ass.

I was notified by text that I had a possible fraud on my debit card. The charge was for a subscription to a website I had ordered a court report from for $1. That company then attempted to collect $20 for a subscription fee which did not order. I called them, and they cancelled it. USAA put a hold on my card so I could not use it. When I tried to on Saturday I was locked out. I called USAA to tell them I hear in as no fraud. Wait time one hour. The computer called me in a hour and said press any number to continue. That did not work after several attempts. So I called USAA again. Wait time now 2 hours. They do this on Saturdays. I cannot pay for anything with my USAA debit card until they answer the damn phone. They screwed me over.I will call them Monday.

NOT worth the risk.

So I looked at the reviews of Zoro here on Trust Pilot and found a product that I need. It is a light cover for
Lithonia two fluorescent bulbs going for $28. niether Home Depot or Lowes carry it. After reading the reviews here with 59% 1 star and 34% 4 star and then seeing Zoro only responded to 19% of the negative reviews most of which were shipping concerns I decided to order a more expensive one on prime for $44. I thought is $16 too much to pay for peace of mind? I am so thankful for this honest web site Trust Pilot it just saved me from making the same mistake 59% of the others made.

Home Depot has a great online ordering…

Home Depot has a great online ordering system. Their product descriptions are very detailed. My store in Katy has Veterans designated parking and i get a veteran's discount. They also deliver free. They have the products I want and need and are less than the giant online store that charges a subscription. I recently ordered fluorescent bulbs and a light cover saving me several dollars over prime. I really appreciate their associates always ready to help. They have seasoned professionals with hands on experience. Thanks Home Depot.

NO COMMUNICATION_NO REFUNDS

To begin with it was very hard to find a place on the page to enter a password. Once i paid $25 I downloaded the app wiregard-installer.exe(1).exe which then asked me to import tunnels(s) from file. I'm not sure what I was suppose to do and frustrated asked for a refund. They emailed me back and said they could help me.I emailed back I did not understand what a tunnel was. Have not heard back now 20 hours later. If I do I will update this post.
3/20/2025 received this message from my Gmail:Delivery incomplete There was a temporary problem delivering your message to support@finevpn.... Gmail will retry for 45 more hours. You'll be notified if the(cut off) Then also this:

IN OTHER WORDS FINEVPN is refusing to open or answer my request for a refund as their system is a failure. Really? For $25 they are destroying their image. I mean I know that's a lot of money in the UK. But risking their reputation for $25?
03/21/2025 I have read their response and sent an email asking for a refund. I never got to use their VPN. They refuse to listen and reimburse my account. Verry poor customer service.
DAY 5: Still no response and I have zeroed out my debit account. So FINE VPN if you are reading this you will not get a dime out of my Debit Card.

Today I noticed FINEVPN is overcharging me for their FREE VPN.I paid $25however they through their proxy Ggamer ME Manchester is tryin to get $26.16 from my bank account. I wonder how long this charade will last?03/24/2025 Emails returned unopened for each of the last three days. They refuse to communicate.

AutoNation Ford Katy

AutoNation Ford Katy. I was quoted $531.00 to install a passenger window switch in our 2016 Transit 150. This was after it had been in the shop 30 hours. I also had them do a spot inspection of tires, batteries, oil using a coupon they mailed me. I refused the installation and purchased the switch , a genuine Ford Motorcraft one, online from Rock Auto for $24 plus shipping and tax. It took me no less than 5 minutes to pop the old bad one out and replace it with this new one. It was a simple pop, plug, play.
When I asked Ford why it cost so much they said they had to take the door apart. Really? After I wrote a bad review on GOOGLE they offered to send me $135 for the inspection I paid for if I would rewrite THE REVIEW and give them 5 stars.

Imade an appoint with AutoNation Ford Katy TX the 26th of February. I was the first of three Ford vehicles to enter the service bay at 7:00AM. I had a coupon for a free system check but also asked them to diagnose my passenger window switch that was not operating. Later that day the mechanic text me a photo of my vehicle just as I had left it. No work was being done. The following day I called the service department to see if it was done. He said if I want the switch repaired its $539.00 . Now I know I can buy this switch for $24 and install it in a few minutes so I said when can I pick it up, I do not want it repaired the price is too much he said give me an hour. So I picked it up 30 hours after I took it in for a simple diagnosis. For the simple diagnosis which the service manager said took an hour as they had to take the door apart I was billed and paid $104.96 Fist of all they did not take the door apart. Anyone knows you simply pop the old switch out and plug in a new one. 5 minutes tops. So the service advisor does not know his job. If the mechanic said he took the door apart he is lying. It was not touched. After writing a negative review they asked me on their Google docs email to me they texted me and wanted to make a resolutio... (message cutoff) but gave me a phone # to call. (281)305-8949. The only practical choice was #6.
which puts you back at the "Thank You for Calling" prompt and again giving you 6 choices or hold for operator. I did this 3 times as the hold for operator choice puts you right back to "Thank You for Calling". Ah I finally caught on. They really gave me this number to give me the run around just like I got from the service department. Really in 30 hours FORD builds over 30 vehicles. Finally I bought a genuine Motorcraft part from Rock Auto online and will pop the bad one out and replace then new one in 5 minutes. If you don't believe me call (2281)305-8949 and hold for the operator. Built Ford Tough huh? Tough to deal with.

I have been with Aetna for the third…

I have been with Aetna for the third year here in 2025. This year it was totally changed. Last year I was able to buy a Kayak for$600. I have really made good use of it. This year the new benefit is a CVS OTC benefit to order OTC products from CVS their website or a catalog they sent out and a $45 Extra Benefit card which they said could also be used to by gas at Walmart, groceries at HEB, and could be used at Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, and Walgreens. I have tried the card at Walmart to buy food and also gas. The card would not register on the ATM. An error code read NOT VALID. Same thing happened at HEB, Walgreen, and Dollar Tree. When I reported this to Customer Service they suggested I use it at the counter. The attendant at the Walmart Gas station could not get it to work. HEB checkout said the same. They suggested I use it at CVS. Another call to Customer Service at the phone number listed on the card. She said well what were you trying to buy? I said pizza. She said frozen? I said yes frozen. Puts me on hold. Come back coughs in my ear real loud. Twice. Megan H. says I will write up a support ticket. I have to pull answers out of her. I said then what. She said you will hear back in two days. I said how, text message, email, or what? She said they will call you.
So while waiting I buy a bottle of 81mg aspirin at CVS. 300 count $20.00 because they were out of smaller quantity bottes. Same pills are $14.97 at Walmart but the card cannot be used there. I guess CVS owns Aetna so of course they are forcing you to use the card there at higher prices. When I hear from "support" I will update this review. Oh some other solutions I was told to use the card at the Walmart gas pump and put my zip code in for the pin. Card does not register. I was also told to use it as a credit card. The card does not register it reads NOT VALID on the pump. Very frustrating. As of a week later Aetna/CVS has not responded. 3/11/2025

AutoNation Ford Katy, 20777 Katy FRWY, KATY TX 77450 Phone: 281-675-4800 arrived at 7AM 02/27/2025 for my appointment made a day earlier. I was among the first three vehicles to enter the garage with my 2016 Ford Transit 150 and was assigned to Service Advisor Buddy Grodfretsen who filled out my service request which was two problems. First was the lane change warning light illuminated and the second was the passenger power window switch was not allowing that window to roll back up. It could be used to roll the power window down. It could only be power rolled up with the switch from the drivers door.
I left AutoNation Ford Katy and returned home.
I received a text message from a mechanic that the Transit Van was being looked at that afternoon.
My next communication with AutoNation Ford Katy was when I called Buddy Godfretsen the Service Advisor 28 hours later on the 02/28/2025 morning to ask what was taking so long. He commented that the repair for the lane change warning light was simply a switch we had turned off. The window problem would cost $539.00 to repair. I declined to have it repaired and retrieved my Transit Van. My complaint is AutoNation Ford Katy took 28 hours to find a simple solution to the window switch problem and why I was charged $104.96 and waiting 28 hours to find it was the switch. I would think this dealership which sells thousands of these Transit Vans and has service bulletins monthly explaining similar situations on these vans would have been able to tell me upfront what the problem most likely was and my options. But instead I was without a vehicle for up to 30 hours and charged and outrageous service fee. What is also highly suspicious was how the vehicle could be picked up in an hour of when I called to ask about what problem they had found. If the door which they say to an hour to disassemble to look at the switch it sure was put back together quick.
Follow: up: I purchased this genuine Ford Motorcraft part on Rock Auto for $24 and it will take me 3 minutes to install. $539 was $500 too much.

Toro Power Sweep

I purchased a
Toro 51585 Power Sweep Electric Leaf Blower, 7 Amp 2-Speed , Black , 160 mph Blower on 11/09/2023 and today it started tripping fuses. After searching for answers on YouTube others had the same problem and traced it to a faulty switch. Seems this is a common problem with this model and Toro does not make replacement parts for it. So it is trash.
