I've had a couple of the microchip pet doors for a few years now. One recently developed a fault where the catches wouldn't raise when I wanted to stop outward travel. I contacted Sure Petcare and got through to a human very quickly, who investigated while on the phone and diagnosed the problem. The next day a replacement part arrived which was easy to swap out and it works perfectly once again. Top marks for customer service!

Found my parcel under the hedge across the garden after spotting what I thought was some rubbish that had blown in there. It was covered in snails and dirt; thankfully it hadn't rained. No note through the door so could easily have been stolen or not noticed for days. They might be cheap to use but the poor recipient gets a substandard service.
