Process was very straightforward and easy to understand. Car was collected on the day selected. After ringing the company to confirm car was being collected, the money was transferred into my bank account very quickly.

Dreadful experience. Booked a test drive. On arrival kept waiting for far too long, then left to look at car on own and test drive the car on my own. Sales advisor became very patronising after I explained I was a cash buyer. Needless to say, bought a new car elsewhere.
