What you order is not what you get

What you order is not what you get. Ordered a medium. Received a sad, floppy bouquet that would not even count as a "small".

Leaves rotting, petals wilting. Customer service looked at the photos and told me it looked "normal". Paid 3x the value of supermarket flowers - for ones that look worse.

Professional, competent, driven!

My experience was fantastic - a word I rarely use with service providers. I was well informed throughout the process, and kept up to date. My contacts were knowledgeable, experienced, and pushed hard to get me the deal I needed. I have no notes or suggestions to improve, will use them exclusively from now on

Very dissappointing

Driver at the door for 30 seconds ( I was getting out the shower). Card not filled in, tried to book redelivery - the two options are work and home. So, I tried work - get a text stating 3rd party work addresses aren't possible (still don't know what this means).

I then tried calling them (at 7p/min)....they hung up on me twice!

My first use of this company and am already very disappointed.
