Parcel was delivered on time and in good condition.

I would have been happier if the Driver had given me my parcel direct, instead of ringing the doorbell and getting back into his/her vehicle (I received a text saying that it was in a "Safe Place - Porch" but I don't have a porch) and he/she did not wait for me to answer the door. The driver did, however, remain at the kerbside until I picked up my parcel from doorstep - at least I assume so as I did not actually see the driver.

Item was packed well and arrived on time on scheduled date. Item was gifted to elderly person who has sight difficulties. Magnified glasses have made her life easier as she can now read small print!

Straightforward process - have been using Store Insure's Insurance for a number of years now via on-line. Have not, to date, had to make a claim - fingers crossed I don't have to - although I believe it will be as straightforward as entering into a Insurance Policy with the Company.

The customer service Representative was very patient and wanted to ensure that I understood the methods that Scottish Power used regarding its Billing and Statement process. He also took the opportunity of running through some other aspects, i.e., pertaining to the Vulnerable Register and updated my information. Before ending the conversation he did a quick re-cap and made sure I understood what he had told me.

Very pleased with the manner in which I was dealt with.

I have been using Store Insure for years. Thankfully I have never had to claim - but when I have had to telephone, staff have been helpful and polite.

Have used company before. Website straight forward, and everything completed quickly and goods insured within hours.

Buying was straightforward and cheapest on market for same product elsewhere! I was kept up-to-date about delivery, delivery on time and driver kept within current COVID19 restrictions. Really good buying experience. Yet to use Carpet Washer but will do so before Christmas 2020.

I bought some printer ink from Stinkyink.com for my Brother printer. Product was the best price that I could find on the internet at the time of ordering, which was very straightforward. Well done!

Bought culottes and 2 crop tops plus necklace for my hols. Clothes were well made. I was kept up to date on progress of delivery and all were delivered on time.

Booking in was straightforward. Storage unit was clean. Was able to get all our stuff sorted very quickly and into lock up. Staff very helpful and polite (and funny - it's always nice to laugh!). However, Insurance was quite costly at £13 pm but was able to find cheaper insurance on line to cover my goods, which was great! Hopefully, checking out will be just as smooth ....

We ordered a bespoke double bed (standard size - we thought - being a double bed @ 4'6" width). However, we did not note that the size in centimetres (135 cm) made the bed size one inch smaller @ 4'5", and with 2 people in the bed that inch does count! We were able to exchange for a King Size bed - which used to be 5' (but again the size in cm makes the bed smaller too. However, at 4'8" it makes it more comfortable for 2 people. However, additional costs were involved and, although the staff at Bensons for Beds were sympathetic and did give us a reduction in the overall additional costs, it was still a painful experience (we had to change the headboard as well). So customers need to be aware that the old standard sizes are no longer applicable and the staff should make this clear from the outset. Obviously we have had to purchase new bedding which, strangely enough, are made to the correct size for a 4'6" and 5' bed! We haven't got the king size bed yet, it's arriving on 6 June.
