Not a positive one to be honest. I bought a printer from dittybink as they offered alternative ink cartridges. But hp did a update on the printer that stopped compatible ink cartridges being used. I didn'tget much help from dottyink but eventually they sent me some new cartridges which didn't work. Again I spoke to dottyink and they told me to speak to hp about it?? So basically i have a load of cartridges that are useless and have had to revert back to hp cartridges. Thank you for your reply, but as I said why should I have to call the manufacturer, I bought this printer from you on the basis that this would work with your cartridges. At no point did you tell me to turn off automatic firmware updates. It seems to me that you are shirking your responsibilities. Ps. the notice to stop the update came after HP had already updated the firmware.

Hi Peter,
We do apologise that your printer is still not working for you. The manufacturer had done a firmware update which disabled the compatible cartridges from working.
We sent you the information to turn off the firmware and sent you replacements which had been updated but they appeared to still not work for you as you said the firmware update in the printer settings was unable to be turned off. We suggested for you to contact the manufacturer direct as you should have been able to do this and all would be well.
We have many happy customers using these cartridges. We havent heard from you since so assumed that everything was working for you.

So far i haven't used FSB for any of their services. But that it my fault due to time constraints. Lots of email with opportunities to help small business in different ways. I will be looking at our insurance which is due to see if they can get it cheaper for me.

There is no telephone contact number which I would prefer. Redeeming is a pain, not sure why you need to do this? Also, deliveries definately take longer than the likes of groupon. I am really in two minds whether to use wowcher anymore.

Oak mantle.
Ordered by email, had a immediate response from Mick. Mick help me with the correct sizes etc. Once I ordered delivery was received in a couple of days, excellent product and didn't even have to pay up front.
