Nightmare

We tried it 3 weeks and twice were delivered only one box out of the 2 planned so could not cook their recipes (we were missing half the ingredients) we cancelled our subscription. They confirmed we cancelled successfully but they are still using our PayPal account to charge us!!!

Great experience

We had to urgently sell and buy a car, and Amar was just fantastic throughout the whole process—efficient, extremely polite, and genuinely kind. When we realized we had forgotten something in the car we sold, he went out of his way to help us access it. Truly exceptional service. Merci, Amar!

I purchased their service through …PARCEL2 GO

I purchased their service through Parcel 2 go. My parcel got lost in Uganda. I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get some news! Parcel 2 go told me they tried to reach them at least 20 times in order to get the parcel returned to UK, they never got any answer! Unacceptable ! DON'T USE THIS SERVICE
