Review of Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements
It could not be made more difficult to purchase a replacement handle.
Indeed it now seems that I have to replace the entire door because you claim to no longer make the handle that fits my particular door.
This is outrageous and not acceptable.
Why alter the door handles so that the spindle and locks are just that little bit different as to make it impossible to replace the handle.
You give no advice as to where one might acquire a suitable handle…… you should have stockpiles of handles from your previous range or inform your past customers before stopping production of the handle so that they might purchase in advance in the evening my of a handle needing replacing.
I shall be taking this matter further and sighting Anglian as causing my home to be made insecure as a result.

It is regrettable that your premiums changed this year. Although claims are taken into account when the renewal is run, it is not the only factor used.
There are many rating factors taken into consideration when it comes to renewal. The main factors underwriters use in setting premiums are; the pets age, breed and gender. Your address is also a factor. Some postal codes are rated higher than others for two main reasons:
· There may be a higher concentration of claims in some areas.
· Costs of vet fees can also vary across the country.
· The cost of vet fees is taken into consideration as well as the number of claims in that area. Most premiums have also increased over the last few years because technology in veterinary treatment has advanced, so conditions are costing more to treat.
