I lost trust in making expensive purchases at Amazon. Many items that I ordered can be found on Temu at less than half price. Purchasing electrical items is out of the question as they will not honour 12 months basic warranty so once you have passed 30 days you are stuck with faulty item, empty promises from Amazon customer service and silence from the seller. Find reputable retailer for expensive purchases and use Amazon for basic cheap items or groceries.

Save your time and money. Wasting time on their website to fill in the form, then wasting time on the phone call (30 mins) to provide all extra details. At the end of the phone call, the man said "They will get back to me". Any other brokers at least provide you with the best quote they found. Still waiting for their call back.

I paid just over £1k for my kids each. One of them is over 16 now. NS&I diverted the money without my permission onto a different account so my son is in control of his money now. However, he is unable to access the account as he lost the only letter they sent with his account number. To retrieve the details I am being fobbed off to a third-party company to find the details of the NS&I account. They are unable to find details of HIS account in THEIR System. Imagine this would happen in your bank with your savings and being advised to contact an outside company to find your details. Now I am waiting 23 days to get the account number that I did not ask to be opened in the first place just to withdraw my money. I am withdrawing all my money that I can access and placing it in a secured savings account.

Lazy and poor customer service. I tried to re-apply after 2 years. Had no option to update my details. All I received was a rejection of my 2-year-old application (again) with advice if I can change things they will review it. No advice on what needs changing. No reason for rejection. No support. Clearly, there is a problem and it is not with all those people posting their frustration on the Trustpilot.

They dealt with my claim very quickly and efficiently. Happy with their service and renewal quotes as the beat the competition. I can recommend this company.

I returned mobile phone. They replied to me that my phone is still connected to my account, so they need my password to unlock it. I performed factory reset before sending it, I provided them with password twice, I logged to my account and removed the device from there, but apparently the phone is still ongoing checks for almost 3 weeks now. Takes minutes to make order, but to get refund will take lots of headache.

All fake. Company Decorative Aggregates has life chat for customers - LIE, they respond within 1 hour - LIE as majority of people could not contact them at all. Most of the reviews are 5 stars, but on Trustpilot majority are 1 star. Revies.io charges companies to create fake positive reviews to boost their sale. Do not trust any of their fake accounts. Try to leave any review your self and see what happens.

Missed first delivery date with lack of communication hence one star less.
After contacting the company that has taken the payment Derbyshire Aggregates Ltd and calling their number from their website instead - RESULT. Rescheduled delivery was offered and delivery arrived on the date agreed.

Loads of activities within 3 hours. My boys were happy and tired ;)

Mixed response from my son attending Pyrgo half term. Some days were boring some day were fun. In comparison to previous years my son was asking me to book more days, as he had so much fun. Now he struggled to complete 4 days. Also number of kids attending dropped from 20/30 kids down to 10. Less sports equipment available, no more football. Coaches have changed. No more Pyrgo for my son next half term, but still give 2 stars due to previous years of good memories for my children. Hopefully they will improve again.

Good products with competitive prices. Loads of free samples attached to my order which gave me a chance to try new things. Quickly delivered. Paypal accepted. Happy with the service.
